Online Wine Orders
We require a 3-bottle minimum for online orders. You must select from shipping options: UPS Ground, 3-day select, or UPS 2nd day air at checkout. Shipping rates are based on the weight of the package and where the package is being delivered. You may opt out of shipping by selecting Pick Up at the winery.
If you are picking up at the winery, your order will be ready for pickup during regular business hours. We appreciate 24 hours to process your order before pickup. If shipping, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process and ship your order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.

We ship within CA. We cannot ship directly to consumers to prohibited states including UT AR MS DE and RI. We can ship to MN, FL & DC within volume limitations. Please visit The Wine Institute for more information. https://wineinstitute.compliancerules.org/state-map/
Shipping and Delivery Requirements
You must be 21 years or older to place an order and receive the wine delivery. Federal law requires a signature be obtained from an individual over the age of 21 for all wine shipments. When your wine is delivered, the person receiving the delivery may be required to show identification.
Return Policy
Online orders are non-refundable. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. However, if you receive corked or not sound wines please save the contents and contact us directly at 925 260 4439 or
Wine Club
Three bottles per release. Four releases per year; February, May, August, and November.
Benefits include:

- 40% off on day of sign up on 6 or more bottles, up to 36 bottles (3 cases). One time only.
- 25% off on release day. Once in February, May, August and November
- 20% off on all additional purchases
- Enjoy preference on special offers, events, futures, small lot production etc.
- Complimentary tasting for you and up to 4 guest
- Cancel at any time, however we kindly ask that you fulfill at least 3 shipments to receive these benefits
For each wine release month, we will suggest 3 wines however you can make any selection of 3 you wish. You must make your 3-bottle purchase in person at the winery or online before the last day of the release month. If you do not make your purchase prior to the last day of the month, you will be charged and the wine will be selected for you to pick up. When you come in to pick up, you can change out the selected wines for others of your preferences if you wish.
